Now this is an interesting development in the evolution of books, Hollywood and technology: Digital power broker Barry Diller and literary-minded prestige producer Scott Rudin are reportedly in talks to launch an e-book biz 
There are lots of implications on this one, though the Diller/Rudin combo isn’t the only one in Hollywood to consider how to monetize the potential opportunities of the burgeoning e-book biz. Read more here: http://ow.ly/1lyICW

If further proof were needed, Tony Awards voters showed Sunday night that they love the work of Mike Nichols and Scott Rudin maybe even more than Hollywood does. Both won Sunday night, both for the ninth time, Nichols for directing and Rudin for Best Revival with Arthur Miller’s “Death of a Salesman.” 
They weren’t the only big winners of the night. A very small indie film became a very big and very successful musical, and scooped up Tonys far more than “Once” on Sunday night. For more details, go here.
