Let’s do the limbo with (real) FB shares (presuming we don’t own any)

How low can they go? Deadline’s Executive Editor David Lieberman reports from New York that Facebook continues to play share-price limbo as its stock hit yet another low today.

Oh, and David subsequently updated this story to include the news from the company that 8.7 percent of its shares are fake, for one reason or another. Maybe the reduced dilution will mean a bump back up in prices, but somehow I’m skeptical.

It’s kind of amazing to watch, but even with all the problems, it’s also hard to believe this trend-driven trading is based on hard fundamentals of the stock. Getting to a point where some folks are going to picking the stock up for a bargain and will laugh all the way to the bank, don’ t you think?
