It only seems like today was the day Hollywood got all its stories out of its system ahead of next week’s holiday, particularly stories about technology and WME (the agency signed Oscar-winning cinematographer Wally Pfister (“Inception,” “Dark Knight Rises”) and “iCarly’s” Miranda Cosgrove). 

But the most interesting one may be one that broke early in the day, WME joining with Sand Hill Road venture-capital powerhouse Kleiner Perkins to lead a round of investment in a “social video” site called Chill. Will we be seeing more deals like this involving Hollywood talent agencies and Silicon Valley VCs?
