The fight between the Hollywood Foreign Press Association and Dick Clark Productions, which produces the Golden Globes telecast for the HFPA, continues its messy, meandering path.  While most of us were wrapping up our Thursday night and heading toward bed, Deadline’s Dominic Patten reports, the HFPA was filing an appeal over the case it lost contesting who owned TV rights to the hugely profitable awards show.
